[背景]随着人们生活质量的提升、健康理念的深化及运动锻炼的普及,运动营养食品市场持续扩大.白藜芦醇具备多种生理活性,且契合运动营养需求,本文综述其提取方法及功能特性,为其在运动营养食品中的合理应用提供科学依据.[进展]白藜芦醇广泛存在于多种天然植物中,展现出抗疲劳、提升运动表现、修复骨骼肌运动微损伤、防治肥胖、促进肌肉生长及调节肠道健康等多重功能.[展望]白藜芦醇在运动营养食品领域具有广阔应用前景,但其有效剂量及作用机制等关键问题尚需深入探讨.
[Background]With improvements in quality of life,a deepening awareness of health,and the widespread adoption of physical exercise,the sports nutrition food market has continuously expanded.Resveratrol,due to its multiple physiological activities and strong alignment with the demands of sports nutrition,is reviewed herein with respect to its extraction methods and functional properties,aiming to provide a scientific basis for its rational application in sports nutrition products.[Progress]Resveratrol is widely present in various natural plants and exhibits multiple functions,including anti-fatigue effects,enhancement of athletic per-formance,repair of skeletal muscle micro-injuries caused by exercise,prevention of obesity,promotion of muscle growth,and regu-lation of gut health.[Prospect]Resveratrol holds broad application potential in the field of sports nutrition;however,key issues such as effective dosage and mechanisms of action remain to be further elucidated.
