竹亚科植物遗传多样性研究进展OA
Advances in genetic diversity research on Bambusoideae(Poaceae)
[背景]竹亚科(Bambusoideae)是禾本科重要类群,物种多样、分布广泛,具有重要的生态、经济和文化价值.竹类多为克隆生长且开花周期长,野生种群遗传多样性评估及保护问题尤为关键.[进展]竹亚科遗传多样性研究已由形态学、细胞学和生物化学标记逐步发展到以分子标记和高通量测序为主,基本揭示了青篱竹族与箣竹族的遗传多样性水平和种群分化格局.现有结果表明,不同竹种以及同一竹种在不同研究中的遗传多样性评估差异显著,这些差异受地质历史、生物学特性、地理分布和人为干预等多重因素及分子标记体系差异的共同影响,结论之间难以归纳普适规律.[展望]当前研究仍存在竹种类群覆盖不全、不同结论难以相互验证以及常规技术适用性受限等问题.未来需加强对珍稀濒危竹种的研究,优化取样策略,统一技术标准,并推广高通量测序技术,为竹类植物保护与可持续利用提供可靠的科学依据.
[Background]The subfamily Bambusoideae is an important group within Poaceae,characterized by high species diversi-ty,wide geographic distribution and significant ecological,economic and cultural value.Since most bamboo species propagate mainly through clonal growth and have long flowering cycles,the assessment and conservation of genetic diversity in wild populations are particularly critical.[Progress]Research on the genetic diversity of Bambusoideae has progressed from the use of morphological,cy-tological and biochemical markers to the predominant application of molecular markers and high-throughput sequencing.These stud-ies have revealed the levels of genetic diversity and patterns of population differentiation in Arundinarieae and Bambuseae.They also indicate that the estimates of genetic diversity differ markedly among species and even for the same species across different studies.These discrepancies reflect the combined effects of geological history,biological characteristics,geographic distribution and human disturbance,as well as variation among molecular marker systems,making it difficult to summarize a universal pattern.[Prospect]Current studies are confronted with challenges such as incomplete taxonomic coverage,limited cross-validation among different con-clusions,and constraints on the applicability of conventional techniques.Future work should focus on strengthening studies of rare and endangered bamboo species,optimizing sampling strategies,standardizing technical protocols and promoting the application of high-throughput sequencing.These efforts will provide a reliable scientific basis for the conservation and sustainable utilization of bamboo resources.
