闽江3种类型河岸带自生草本植物生物量、多样性、功能性状及其与土壤因子的关系OA
Ground biomass,diversity,functional traits of spontaneous herbaceous plants and their relationships with soil factors in 3 types of riparian zones along the Minjiang River
[目的]探讨闽江福州段3种类型河岸带自生草本植物群落地上生物量(AGB)、物种多样性、功能性状特征及其与土壤因子的关系,为河岸带生态恢复提供理论参考.[方法]以闽江福州段自生植物群落的优势种为研究对象,分析开发建设主导型河岸带、农耕主导型河岸带(FRZ)、自然型河岸带(NRZ)自生草本植物的群落特征和功能性状及土壤因子,并探讨各因子之间的关系及其对AGB的影响.[结果]不同河岸带类型土壤理化性质差异较大,随着河岸带受干扰程度的增大,土壤含水量(SMC)减小,土壤容重逐渐增大,植物AGB逐渐减小,土壤pH值在NRZ较低,土壤电导率及土壤含盐量(SSC)在FRZ显著增大(P<0.05);不同河岸带类型植物的植株高度、叶厚度、叶干物质含量、叶片含水量差异均达显著水平(P<0.05).土壤pH值、SMC、SSC是影响AGB、物种多样性和植物功能性状的主要因子.[结论]不同河岸带类型土壤因子、自生草本植物群落特征和功能性状差异显著(P<0.05),物种多样性和植物功能性状共同驱动自生草本植物AGB对土壤因子的响应.
[Objective]This study explored the aboveground biomass(AGB),species diversity,functional trait characteristics of the spontaneous herbaceous plant communities and their relationships with soil factors in 3 types of the riparian zones of Fuzhou section of the Minjiang River,providing a theoretical reference for the ecological restoration of riverbank zones.[Method]Focusing on the dominant species of spontaneous herbaceous plant communities in the Fuzhou section of the Minjiang River,the community charac-teristics,functional traits and soil factors of spontaneous herbaceous plant in building riparian zone,farming riparian zone(FRZ)and natural riparian zone(NRZ)were analyzed.And the relationships among factors and their effects on aboveground biomass were also discussed.[Result]Significant differences in soil physicochemical properties were observed among different types of riparian zones.With the increase of disturbance,lower soil moisture content(SMC),gradually higher soil bulk density and gradually smaller plants AGB were observed;NRZ had relatively lower soil pH value,while FRZ had dramatically higher soil electrical conductivity and soil salt content(SSC)(P<0.05);significant differences were found in plant height,leaf thickness,leaf dry matter content and leaf water content among different riparian zone types(P<0.05).Soil pH value,SMC and SSC were the primary factors affecting the AGB,species diversity and functional traits of the dominant spontaneous herbaceous plant communities.[Conclusion]Significant differences were observed in soil factors,community characteristics and functional traits of spontaneous herbaceous plant among dif-ferent types of riparian zones(P<0.05);species diversity and plant functional traits jointly drove the AGB response of spontaneous herbaceous plant to soil factors.
