本试验旨在研究饲粮不同淀粉水平对牦牛生长性能及粪便菌群结构的影响.选取 3岁且体重[(138±12)kg]相近的健康公牦牛 30 头,随机分为 3 组,每组 10 头牛.3 组饲粮淀粉水平分别为 24%(LL组)、27%(ML 组)和 30%(HL 组).预试期 10 d,正试期 60 d.结果表明:1)各组牦牛的末重和平均日增重无显著差异(P>0.05),但ML组的末重和平均日增重均最高.2)LL组Chao1 指数、Observed_features指数、Shannon指数、Simpson指数均极显著高于ML组和HL组(P<0.01).3)在门水平上,ML组粪便中厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroi-dota)相对丰度最高,分别为 63.76%、32.04%;ML组粪便中厚壁菌门相对丰度显著高于HL组(P<0.05),HL组粪便中变形菌门(Proteobacteria)相对丰度极显著高于 LL 组和 ML 组(P<0.01).在属水平上,ML 组粪便中 UCG-005 相对丰度较高,为 31.75%;LL 组、HL 组粪便中UCG-005 相对丰度分别为 28.83%、7.91%;HL 组粪便中大肠杆菌-志贺氏菌属(Escherichia_Shigella)等致病菌相对丰度较高.综上所述,饲粮淀粉水平通过调控肠道菌群结构,影响牦牛粪便菌群多样性.与 24%、30%淀粉水平相比,27%淀粉水平有助于提高牦牛的生长性能,牦牛粪便中菌群多样性适中,有益菌相对丰度较高,且未出现致病菌,更适配牦牛肠道.

This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of dietary different starch levels on growth perform-ance and fecal microbiota structure of yaks.Thirty healthy 3-year-old male yaks with similar body weight[(138±12)kg]were randomly divided into 3 groups with 10 yaks in each group.The dietary starch levels of 3 groups were 24%(LL group),27%(ML group)and 30%(HL group),respectively.The pre-experimen-tal period lasted for 10 days,and the experimental period lasted for 60 days.The results showed as follows:1)there were no significant differences in the final body weight and average daily gain of yaks among all groups(P>0.05),but the final body weight and average daily gain of ML group were the highest.2)The Chao1 in-dex,Observed_features index,Shannon index and Simpson index of LL group were extremely significantly higher than those of ML group and HL group(P<0.01).3)At the phylum level,the relative abundances of Firmicutes and Bacteroidota in feces of ML group were the highest,which were 63.76%and 32.04%,respec-tively;the fecal Firmicutes relative abundance of ML group was significantly higher than that of HL group(P<0.05),and the fecal Proteobacteria relative abundance of HL group was extremely significantly higher than of LL group and ML group(P<0.01).At the genus level,the fecal UCG-005 relative abundance of ML group was the highest,which was 31.75%;the fecal UCG-005 relative abundances of LL group and HL group were 28.83%and 7.91%,respectively;the fecal potential pathogens such as Escherichia_Shigella relative abun-dance of HL group was higher.In conclusion,the dietary starch level influences the fecal microbiota diversity of yak by regulating the gut microbiota structure.Compare with the 24%and 30%starch levels,the 27%starch level is conducive to improving the growth performance of yaks,and the fecal microbiota diversity of yaks is moderate,with a higher relative abundance of beneficial bacteria,and no pathogenic bacteria present,making it more suitable for the intestinal tract of yaks.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2026,38(3):2056-2067]
