东北电网的规模较小,大量双馈风机低电压穿越成功后有功缓慢恢复将引发严重的频率安全问题.目前风机低电压穿越策略为无功优先,有功电流按变流器剩余最大输出能力给出,因此风机有功电气方面的优化空间有限.先后从风机和电网两个方面给出了应对策略,风机方面构建了双馈风机传动轴动态转矩简化模型,分析了不同因素对有功恢复速率的影响,研究了增加传动轴机械强度提升风机有功恢复速率的可行性,对新建风机给出了以电网需求为主并一定程度兼顾风机成本的有功恢复速率建议值;同时根据风机有功初值和机端电压跌落程度,对在运风机提出了分段设置有功恢复速率方案.电网方面则利用储能一次调频快速精准填补双馈风机有功缺失,最后基于电网数据仿真验证了策略的有效性.所提的主要策略在东北电网得到了实际应用,为双馈风机导致的频率安全问题提供了解决思路.

The scale of the Northeast Power Grid is small,and the slow recovery of active power after the successful low-voltage ride-through of a large number of doubly-fed wind turbines will cause serious frequency security problems.During low-voltage ride-through,reactive power is prioritized,and the active current is set to the residual maximum output capacity of the converter,so the optimization space for the fan's electrical aspect is limited.In this paper,coping strategies are presented from two perspectives:the wind turbine and the power grid.In terms of wind turbines,a simplified model of dynamic torque for the drive shaft of doubly-fed wind turbines has been constructed,the impact of different factors on the active power recovery rate has been analyzed,the feasibility of increasing the mechanical strength of transmission shaft to improve the active power recovery rate of wind turbine is studied,suggested values for the active recovery rate of newly built wind turbines are provided,primarily based on grid demand and to a certain extent taking into account the cost of the turbines.At the same time,based on the initial active power of the wind turbine and the degree of terminal voltage drop,a scheme for setting the active power recovery rate in sections is proposed for the wind turbine during operation.In terms of the power grid,the energy storage's primary frequency modulation is used to quickly and accurately fill the active power loss of the doubly-fed wind turbine.Finally,the effectiveness of the strategy is verified through grid data simulation.The main strategies proposed in this paper have been applied in the Northeast Power Grid,providing a solution to the frequency security problem caused by the low penetration of doubly fed wind turbines.
