针对现有重金属离子检测方法操作烦琐、设备笨重等问题,开发一种可同时高灵敏检测Fe3+和Cr3+等重金属离子的稀土配合物荧光探针.以Eu3+为发光中心,1,3,5-苯三甲酸(TMA)和邻菲啰啉(phen)为配体,通过共沉淀法制备Eu(TMA)phen粉体.采用SEM、XRD、FT-IR、热重分析及荧光光谱等技术表征其形貌、结构与光学特性,并通过荧光传感实验测试其对Fe3+和Cr3+的检测性能.结果表明,Eu(TMA)phen粉体呈花瓣状晶粒,结晶度良好,Eu3+与配体配位稳定且热稳定性优异,在紫外激发下可发出Eu3+特征红光;Fe3+能使该粉体荧光整体猝灭,检测限低至0.91 μmol/L;Cr3+可使粉体荧光颜色由红变浅蓝,通过F468/F616荧光峰比值检测,检测限为1.35 μmol/L.该粉体在水中稳定性良好,浸泡2 d后荧光强度仅下降3.5%.Eu(TMA)phen粉体对Fe3+和Cr3+具有高选择性与灵敏度,为痕量重金属离子检测提供了新型稀土配合物材料及实用方案.

To address the limitations of existing heavy metal ions detection methods,such as cumbersome operation and bulky equipment,a rare-earth complex fluorescent probe capable of simultaneously detecting Fe3+and Cr3+with high sensitivity was developed.Using Eu3+as the luminescent center,1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid(TMA)and phenanthroline(phen)as ligands,Eu(TMA)phen powders were prepared via the co-precipitation method.The morphology,structure,and optical properties of the powders were characterized by SEM,XRD,FT-IR,thermogravimetric analysis and fluorescence spectroscopy,and fluorescence sensing experiments were conducted to evaluate their detection performance for Fe3+and Cr3+.The results showed that the Eu(TMA)phen powders exhibited petal-like grains with good crystallinity.Eu3+formed stable coordination with the ligands,and the powders possessed excellent thermal stability,emitting Eu3+-characteristic red light under UV excitation.Fe3+caused overall fluorescence quenching of the powders,with a detection limit as low as 0.91 μmol/L.Cr3+changed the fluorescence color of the powders from red to light blue,which could be detected via the fluorescence peak ratio F468/F616,with a detection limit of 1.35 μmol/L.In addition,the powders had good stability in water,by only 3.5%decrease in fluorescence intensity after 2 d of immersion.Eu(TMA)phen powders have high selectivity and sensitivity for Fe3+and Cr3+,providing a new type of rare-earth complex material and a practical scheme for the detection of trace heavy metal ions.
