南极磷虾资源高值化利用关键技术研究进展OA

Advances and prospects in key technologies for the high-value valorization of Antarctic krill resources

南极磷虾(Euphausia superba)作为南大洋生态系统的关键物种,具有资源储量大、营养价值高和生态敏感性强等特点.在极地环境与严格配额管理的双重约束下,其产业已从规模扩张转向资源精深加工.本文系统综述了南极磷虾全组分高值化加工的关键技术与发展趋势,梳理了南极磷虾资源开发的现状与管理框架,重点围绕磷虾粉干燥、磷虾油绿色提取与精制、磷虾糜凝胶改良、蛋白肽制备以及甲壳素绿色提取等核心技术,分析了其进展与挑战.基于技术集成视角,展望该产业向智能化、精细化发展的路径,以期为推动南极磷虾加工的高效、可持续转型提供理论参考.

The Antarctic krill(Euphausia superba),as a keystone species in the Southern Ocean ecosystem,is characterized by its substantial biomass,superior nutritional value,and high ecological sensitivity.Constrained by the harsh polar environment and strict catch quota management,the krill industry has transitioned from volume-driven expansion to deep and refined resource processing.This review systematically examines the key technologies and development trends concerning the high-value,whole-component valorization of Antarctic krill.Following an overview of the current status of resource exploitation and management frameworks,the advances and challenges in core technologies,specifically focusing on krill meal drying,green extraction and refining of krill oil,enhancement of krill surimi gel properties,preparation of bioactive peptides,and green extraction of chitin were critically analyzed.From the perspective of technology integration,future pathways toward intelligent and precision processing are proposed,aiming to provide a theoretical reference for the efficient and sustainable transformation of the Antarctic krill industry.
