聚乳酸微塑料(PLA-MPs)在环境中广泛存在,并可在紫外线照射下发生老化,对水生生物构成潜在威胁.对老化PLA-MPs进行了表征分析,并探究了不同浓度老化PLA-MPs在大鳞副泥鳅(Paramisgurnus dabryanus)幼鱼肝脏中的富集以及对肝组织损伤、肝细胞凋亡、线粒体功能和脂质积累的影响.表征结果表明,与原始微塑料(MPs)相比,老化MPs表面粗糙且有裂缝、粒径减小、氧碳比升高、亲水性增强.此外,毒性实验结果显示,老化PLA-MPs在幼鱼各组织中的积累量与浓度成正比,并会引起严重的肝组织损伤、肝细胞凋亡加剧、线粒体膜电位下降以及脂质积累异常.

Polylactic acid microplastics(PLA-MPs)are widely present in the environment and can age under ultraviolet radiation,posing a potential threat to aquatic organisms.Characterization analysis is conducted on aged PLA-MPs,and the enrichment of aged PLA-MPs at different concentrations in the liver of juvenile Paramisgurnus dabryanus is explored,as well as their effects on liver tissue damage,hepatocyte apoptosis,mitochondrial function,and lipid accumulation.The characterization results indicate that compared with the original microplastics(MPs),the aged MPs have a rough surface with cracks,reduced particle size,increased oxygen to carbon ratio and enhanced hydrophilicity.In addition,toxicity test results show that the accumulation of aged PLA-MPs in various tissues of juvenile fish is proportional to their concentration,and can cause severe liver tissue damage,intensified hepatocyte apoptosis,decreased mitochondrial membrane potential,and abnormal lipid accumulation.
