不同新能源占比对直流故障下暂态过电压的影响分析及估算方法OA
Analysis and Estimation Method for the Impact of Different Renewable Energy Ratios on Transient Overvoltage under DC Faults
[目的]针对新能源占比定义不明确引起的暂态过电压变化趋势不明的问题,为揭示新能源出力波动性及机组开机方式随机性导致的不同新能源占比对暂态过电压的影响,提出不同新能源占比对直流故障下暂态过电压的影响分析及估算方法.[方法]首先,建立暂态电压与功率不平衡量、短路容量之间的数学模型,对影响暂态电压的因素进行灵敏度分析.其次,根据新能源发展规划分析新能源接入对短路容量的影响和新能源出力特性,对新能源占比进行了四种定义,并系统阐述不同定义下新能源占比提升时暂态过电压的变化趋势.最后,以新能源占比类型Ⅰ为例,在考虑有功不平衡量的基础上提出了暂态过电压快速估算方法,明确了系统传输功率对暂态过电压的影响.[结果]系统发生直流故障后,送端暂态过电压极值与送端不同新能源占比情况有关;且随着系统传输功率的增加,暂态过电压极值逐渐增大,验证了理论分析的正确性.[结论]针对不同新能源占比下暂态过电压的分析及估算方法的研究可为提升更高比例的新能源接入及电力调度运行部门提供一定的理论指导.
[Objective]To address the ambiguous trends in transient overvoltage caused by unclear definitions of renewable energy ratios,this paper investigates how fluctuations in renewable generation and random unit commitment lead to varying impacts under different ratio scenarios.An analysis and estimation method for transient overvoltage under DC faults at different renewable energy ratios is proposed.[Methods]First,a mathematical model linking transient voltage to power imbalance and short-circuit capacity is established,followed by a sensitivity analysis of key influencing factors.Second,based on renewable energy development planning,the impact of renewable integration on system short-circuit capacity is evaluated.Considering the output characteristics of renewable sources,four distinct definitions of"renewable energy ratio"are introduced,and the resulting trends in transient overvoltage with increasing ratio are systematically analyzed.Finally,using capacity-based ratio as a case,a fast estimation method for transient overvoltage is developed by incorporating active power imbalance,clarifying the influence of system transmission power.[Results]Following a DC fault,the peak transient overvoltage at the sending end varies significantly depending on the specific type of renewable energy ratio.Moreover,the peak overvoltage increases gradually with higher system transmission power,which validates the theoretical analysis.[Conclusions]The proposed analysis and estimation method provides a solid theoretical foundation for understanding transient overvoltage behavior under varying renewable energy ratios,offering valuable guidance for power system planning,higher renewable integration,and operational dispatch.
