为了解决港口货运空轨集疏运系统中空轨列车全自动运行与高度>6 m的地面集装箱运输卡车(简称"超高集卡")作业时,在运行路径上共用空间区域的通行冲突问题,文章提出了一种空轨列车防护地面超高集卡的系统设计方案.首先,分析空轨列车全自动运行及超高集卡在作业过程中占用共用空间区域的时机和特点;其次,基于对超高集卡行驶位置及空轨列车运行位置的检测,设计自动防护系统,实现共用空间区域的分时复用,保障空轨列车和超高集卡的运行安全.现场测试及应用结果表明,在空轨列车未占用交叉区域的场景下,相比于人工防护作业方式,该自动防护系统能够使超高集卡在限行区域的平均通行时间缩短约32.8%,有效提高空轨列车、超高集卡的运行安全性和运输效率,以及港口资源利用率.

In port freight collection and distribution systems,suspended monorail trains operating in fully automatic mode and ground container trucks with a height of more than 6 meters(referred to as"over-height container truck")use shared-space areas on their running paths,causing frequent conflicts.To address this,this paper proposes an over-height container truck protection system for sky trains.An initial analysis was conducted,investigating timing and characteristics of shared-space area occupations by both fully automated sky trains and operating over-height container trucks.Based on detection of their operating positions,an automatic protection system was designed.It enables time division multiplexed access to these shared-space areas,ensuring operational safety for trains and trucks.Field tests and applications indicate that in scenarios where the shared-space areas are unoccupied by monorail trains,this automatic protection system reduces the average passage time of over-height container trucks through the restricted areas by about 32.8%,compared with manual protection operations.The system effectively improves operational safety and transport efficiency for both trains and trucks and contributes to a higher utilization rate of port resources.
