交流永磁同步电动机相较于传统交流异步电动机,具备高效性、大扭矩及良好调速性能等优势,在电厂辅机传动设备领域具有显著的工程应用潜力.研究了永磁同步电动机种类和特性,对电动机改造节能效果评价指标进行了分析和优化;针对电厂空冷岛风机电动机设计了永磁化改造方案,并开展节能减排效果和经济效益评价.通过对电厂辅机系统中电动机类型、传动方式及运行工况的系统性分析,提出了适用于燃煤机组的永磁同步电动机典型改造方案,可为同类工程改造提供技术参考.

Compared with traditional asynchronous motors,AC permanent-magnet synchronous motors have high efficiency,high torque,and speed regulation,and have application value in auxiliary transmission equipment in power plants.It studies the types and characteristics of permanent-magnet synchronous motors,and analyzes and optimizes the energy-saving evaluation indicators for motor renovation.It designs a permanent magnetization transformation plan for the fan motor of the air-cooled island in the power plant,and carries out the evaluation of energy conservation and emission reduction effects and economic benefits.Through a systematic analysis of the motor types,transmission methods and operating conditions in the auxiliary equipment system of power plants,it proposes a typical transformation scheme for permanent magnet synchronous motors suitable for coal-fired units,which can provide technical references for the transformation of similar projects.
