随着配电网发展和城市电缆的大量应用,电容电流超标导致的设备安全问题日益突出.为切实掌握电容电流及消弧线圈运行状况,防范因电容电流导致的电缆起火事故,提出了"电容电流精确检测+消弧线圈控制器功能校验+多专业融合整改闭环"电容电流治理新模式,在 88 座 110 kV及以上变电站分析了电容电流的运行状况,提出了消弧线圈增容建议及消缺计划,从规划可研阶段到运维检修阶段进行全过程技术监督管理,明确了消弧线圈及电容电流治理方案,为相关设备运维提供参考.
With the development of distribution networks and the extensive application of urban cables,equipment safety issues caused by excessive capacitive current becomes increasingly prominent.To accurately assess capacitive currents and the operational status of arc suppression coils,and to prevent fire accidents in cables due to capacitive currents,a new governance model is proposed:"precise capacitive current detection,functional verification of arc suppression coil controllers,and multi-disciplinary integrated recti-fication and closed-loop management."It analyzes the operating conditions of capacitive current in 88 substations of 110 kV and above.It proposes suggestions for increasing the capacity of arc suppression coils and defect elimination plans.From the planning and feasibility study stage to the operation and maintenance and repair stage,it carries out the entire process of technical supervision and management,clarifying the arc suppression coil and capacitor current treatment plan.It provides a reference for the operation and maintenance of related equipment.
