[目的]明确氮肥施用对秋播高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea)生长、生理特性及养分吸收的影响,确定适宜的氮肥用量和氮素营养诊断指标.[方法]通过田间微区试验,研究越冬期和返青期高羊茅地上部生长生理特性、氮磷钾养分吸收和氮肥利用效率对不同氮肥用量(0、6、12和18 g/m2)的响应.[结果]适量施用氮肥可以提高高羊茅植株的叶绿素含量、养分浓度和养分吸收量,增加株高、单株叶片数和分蘖数,促进地上部生长;随氮肥用量增加,可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量升高,丙二醛含量下降,有利于增强植株对低温胁迫的抗性,降低低温伤害;氮肥用量12 g/m2情况下,氮肥表观利用率最高(36.76%);适宜高羊茅生长的氮肥用量范围为6.5~30.2 g/m2,获得80%最大地上部干物质量的地上部氮浓度为2.95%.[结论]氮肥施用显著影响高羊茅的生长和生理特性,氮肥用量6.5 g/m2和地上部氮浓度2.95%可分别作为高羊茅养护管理氮肥用量推荐和植株氮营养诊断的参考.

[Objective]To clarify the effects of nitrogen(N)fertilizer application on the growth,physiological characteristics,and nutrient absorption of autumn-sown tall fescue(Festuca arundinacea),and to determine the ap-propriate N application rate and N nutrition diagnosis index.[Method]A field micro-plot experiment was conducted to evaluate the responses of the shoot growth,physiological characteristics,N,phosphorus(P)and potassium(K)up-take,and N use efficiency of F.arundinacea to different N fertilizer application rates(0,6,12,18 g/m2)during the overwintering and regreening stages.[Result]Appropriate application of N fertilizer could improve the chlorophyll content,nutrient concentrations,and uptake of F.arundinacea,leading to increased plant height,leaf number,and til-ler count,thereby promoting the growth of the above-ground part.With the increase of N application rate,the content of soluble protein,soluble sugar,and proline increased,and the content of malondialdehyde decreased,which was ben-eficial to enhance the resistance of plants to low-temperature stress and reduce the damage of low temperature.When the amount of N fertilizer was 12 g/m2,the apparent N use efficiency was the highest,which was 36.76%.The suit-able N fertilizer application range for F.arundinacea growth was 6.5~30.2 g/m2,and the critical N concentration for 80%of the maximum shoot dry matter accumulation was 2.95%.[Conclusion]Nitrogen fertilizer application significantly affects the growth and physiological characteristics of F.arundinacea.Nitrogen fertilizer application rate of 6.5 g/m2 and the N concentration of 2.95%in plant shoot can be used as N fertilizer recommendation and plant N nutrition diagnosis for maintenance and management of F.arundinacea.
