早熟和晚熟藜麦材料的生长特征差异分析OA

[目的]藜麦(Chenopodium quinoa Willd.)属苋科藜属一年生草本植物,具有较高的地上部干物质积累和饲用品质.藜麦株高变化显著反映地上干物质积累,本研究拟通过连续的株高观测探索藜麦地上生长特征,解析早熟和晚熟藜麦地上生长差异形成的原因.[方法]选择早熟和晚熟藜麦材料各4个,记录每日白天和夜晚不同材料藜麦的穗和茎的高度动态,使用logistic公式拟合不同藜麦材料的株高动态,获得生长动态特征并比较了不同材料的株高动态特征、每日株高增量、白天和夜晚的株高变化特征及茎和穗的高度日变化特征.[结果]晚熟藜麦材料的株高显著高于早熟藜麦,晚熟藜麦材料相比早熟藜麦材料具有更长的快速生长阶段并具有更快的日累积生长速率.相比白天,藜麦在夜晚具有更快的生长速率.藜麦的穗和茎的高度增长存在先后顺序,当茎的高度趋于平缓的时候,穗开始延长.早熟和晚熟藜麦材料的株高差异主要源于茎的高度差异.[结论]晚熟藜麦材料通过延长快速生长阶段和提高该阶段的日株高增长量来获得更大的地上部积累.

[Objective]Chenopodium quinoa,an annual herbaceous plant belonging to the Amaranthaceae fam-ily,is characterized by its significant aboveground dry matter accumulation and feeding potential.The significant changes in quinoa plant height reflect the accumulation of aboveground dry matter.This study aims to explore the growth characteristics of quinoa through continuous monitoring of plant height,and to elucidate the mechanisms un-derlying differences in aboveground growth patterns between early-and late-maturing varieties.[Method]Four early-maturing and four late maturing quinoa cultivars were selected for analysis.Diurnal and nocturnal height dynamics of spikes and stems were continuously monitored for each cultivar.A logistic growth model was employed to fit plant height data and analyze growth patterns across different varieties.Daily plant height increment,diurnal and nocturnal growth differences,and intraday changes in stem and spike height were compared.[Result]Late-maturing Chenopo-dium quinoa cultivars exhibited significantly greater final plant height than early-maturing varieties.These cultivars also displayed a longer rapid growth period and higher daily growth rates.Growth more pronounced at night than dur-ing the day.Additionally,spikes and stems showed asynchronous growth patterns,with spikes elongating as stem growth stabilized.Differences in plant height between early-and late-maturing cultivars were primarily attributable to variation in stem height.[Conclusion]Late-maturing quinoa cultivars achieve greater aboveground biomass accumula-tion mainly by prolonging the rapid growth phase and increasing daily plant height increments during this critical pe-riod.
