青贮玉米茎腐病拮抗真菌的筛选及盆栽防治效果OA

[目的]为有效防控青贮玉米茎腐病,以初筛得到的27株生防真菌为研究对象进一步筛选高效的生防菌.[方法]采用平板对峙法测定对玉米茎腐病具有高效拮抗作用的生防真菌,根据形态学和分子生物学方法鉴定生防菌的种类,并通过盆栽试验测定候选菌对玉米茎腐病的防治效果及促生作用.[结果]筛选出1株对玉米茎腐病菌有较高拮抗作用的菌株SL-5,抑制率为56.46%.根据形态学和分子生物学特征将其鉴定为拟康宁木霉(Trichoderma koningiopsis).盆栽结果显示,拟康宁木霉发酵液对玉米茎腐病的生防效果为54.21%,且对玉米幼苗有显著促生作用.[结论]筛选到的拟康宁木霉SL-5对玉米茎腐病具有一定的防治效果,且对玉米幼苗有良好的促生作用,具有潜在的应用价值.

[Objective]To effectively prevent and control silage corn stalk rot,twenty-seven biocontrol fungi ob-tained from primary screening were used as research objects to further screen high-efficiency biocontrol fungi.[Method]Biocontrol fungi with high antagonism activity against corn stalk rot were screened by plate confrontation method.The species of biocontrol fungi were identified through morphological observations and molecular biological analysis.Furthermore,the control effect on corn stalk rot and the growth-promoting effects of the candidate biocontrol fungi were evaluated via pot experiments.[Result]A specific strain,SL-5,with efficient antagonism against corn stalk rot was screened,and the inhibition rate was 56.46%.It was identified as Trichoderma koningiopsis based on morphological and molecular biological characteristics.The results of pot experiments showed that the biocontrol ef-fect of T.koningiopsis SL-5 fermentation liquid on corn stalk rot was 54.21%,and it had a significant growth-pro-moting effect on corn seedlings.[Conclusion]T.koningiopsis SL-5 screened in this experiment exhibits certain con-trol effects against corn stalk rot and demonstrates growth-promoting properties on maize seedlings,indicating poten-tial application value.
