苇状羊茅种子表型性状遗传多样性分析与综合评价OA
Genetic diversity analysis and comprehensive evaluation of seed phenotypic traits of Festuca arundinacea
[目的]为苇状羊茅种质资源收集、评价和利用提供科学依据.[方法]利用相关分析、主成分分析、聚类分析及隶属函数等方法,对73份苇状羊茅种质资源的5个种子表型性状(种子长、种子宽、种子千粒重、种子长宽比、单粒种子面积)进行综合分析.[结果]5个表型性状的遗传变异程度存在差异,其中千粒重的变异系数最大;前 2 个主成分的贡献率分别为 58.959%和 28.364%,累计贡献率为87.323%,覆盖了供试材料种子性状的全部信息;千粒重与种子长、宽、单粒种子面积呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),单粒种子面积和种子长、种子宽、长宽比呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),长宽比和种子长呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);聚类分析可将73份材料分为3大类,第I类群包含2份种质材料,第Ⅱ类群包含1份种质材料,第III类群包括 70份种质材料.隶属函数综合评价筛选出LF-73、LF-15、LF-28、LF-27、LF-47综合表现较好的种质5个.[结论]种子长是影响苇状羊茅种质遗传多样性的最关键因素,种子长和千粒重2种性状的变异情况可以为苇状羊茅种质资源鉴定和品种培育提供参考依据.
[Objective]To provide a scientific basis for the collection,evaluation,and utilization of Festuca arun-dinacea germplasm resources.[Method]By using the methods of correlation analysis,principal component analysis(PCA),cluster analysis and membership function,five seed phenotypic traits(seed length,seed width,1000-seed weight,seed aspect ratio and single seed area)of 73 F.arundinacea germplasm resources were comprehensively ana-lyzed.[Result]There were differences in the degree of genetic variation among the five phenotypic traits,with the largest coefficient of variation observed in 1000-seed weight.PCA revealed that the contribution rates of the first two principal components were 58.959%and 28.364%,respectively,with a cumulative contribution rate of 87.323%,which encompassed all the information on the seed traits of the tested materials.Correlation analysis showed that there was a very significant positive correlation between 1000-seed weight and seed length,width,and single-seed area(P<0.01).There was also a very significant positive correlation between single-seed area and seed length,width,and length-to-width ratio(P<0.01),as well as between length-to-width ratio and seed length(P<0.01).Cluster analysis divided the 73 materials into three major groups.Group I contained 2 germplasm materials,Group II contained 1 germplasm material,and Group III included 70 germplasm materials.Comprehensive evaluation using the membership function method identified five germplasm materials(LF-73,LF-15,LF-28,LF-27,LF-47)with superior overall performance.[Conclusion]Seed length is the most critical factor influencing the genetic diversity of F.arundinacea germplasm.The variation in seed length and 1000-seed weight can provide reference for the identification and cultivar breeding of F.arundinacea germplasm resources.
