Research Progress on the Chemical Composition and Clinical Applications of the Tropical Medicinal Plant Syzygium aromaticum
丁香为桃金娘科(Myrtaceae)植物丁香(Syzygiu maromaticum)的干燥花蕾,其主要成分包括挥发油(以丁香酚为主)、黄酮类、萜类、鞣质等,具有良好的抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、镇痛等多种药理作用.区别于传统综述侧重化学成分与药理活性的单纯梳理,本文结合热带生态环境对丁香次生代谢产物合成路径的塑造作用,系统梳理近年来丁香在化学成分、药理作用机制方面的研究新进展,为丁香药用资源的深度开发、资源化高效利用及后续相关基础研究提供针对性的科学依据与理论参考.
Syzygium aromaticum is the dried flower buds of a plant belonging to the Myrtaceae family.The primary chemical constitu-ents of Syzygium aromaticum include essential oils(predominantly eugenol),lignans,flavonoids,tripenes,and tannins.They exhibit potent pharmacological effects such as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and analgesic.Unlike traditional reviews that focus solely on the systematic organization of chemical constituents and pharmacological activities,this paper integrates the shaping role of tropical ecological environments on the synthesis pathways of secondary metabolites in Syzygium aromaticum.It systematically reviews recent advancements in research on the chemical composition and pharmacological mechanisms of Syzygium aromaticum,providing targeted scientific evidence and theoretical references for the in-depth development of medicinal resources,efficient utilization of resources,and subsequent related fundamental research.
