基于"龙战-玄黄"象思维探讨麻黄类方"以战促和"治疗肌萎缩侧索硬化症三维临床范式构建OA

The current study,inspired by the philosophical concept of"Dragon Struggle in the Wild,Blood Turning Black and Yellow"from the Zhouyi(I Ching),innovatively constructs a"Dragon Struggle-Yuanhuang"three-dimensional pathogenesis model.This model reveals the pathological evolution of ALS characterized by"dysregulation of opening/closing and ascending/descending movements-im-paired Qi transformation-disharmony of Yin-Yang."Through integrative analysis of classical formulas and disease patterns,it was discov-ered that Ma Huang-based formulas target the mechanisms of"opening pores to promote ascending/descending movements-regulating Qi transformation-harmonizing Yin-Yang,"demonstrating precise correspondence with the hyperactive,transitional,and remission phases of the disease.Clinical verification using biomarkers such as"sweating as a sign of recovery"and"improved urination"confirms the efficacy of"harmony through struggle"achieved by these formulas through regulation of the neuro-endocrine-immune network.This research in-tegrates philosophical modeling,classical interpretation,and clinical validation,proposing a novel TCM diagnostic and therapeutic para-digm of"interconnected form and essence,harmonious mind and body"for ALS.
