基于"清浊相干"理论探讨大肠癌病机与治则OA

Colorectal cancer refers to malignant tumour occurring in the colorectum,which belongs to the category of changfeng(intestinal wind)and zangdu(toxicity of internal organs)in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Clear and turbid are a pair of opposing material systems that coexist in the human body,and in physiological state,they have their own positions and do not interfere with each other.The confusion of the clear and the turbid with each other is a basic pathogenesis in the development of colorectal cancer.The confusion of the clear and the turbid with each other includes the pathogenesis of clear and turbid being out of the normal way and interfering with each other,such as adverse action of clear and turbid,loss of distinction between clear and turbid,and the clear failing to disperse the turbid.This paper proposes the method of separating the clear and dissipating the turbid,which can restore clear and turbid to its original position through differentiating clear and turbid and eliminating turbid toxins,so that the healthy qi can fight against the evil,and the cancerous toxin can be eliminated,which is expected to provide useful ideas for the TCM diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.
