Resources and utilization status of Daphniphyllum calycinum
牛耳枫作为中成药枫蓼肠胃康的关键原料,其野生资源因市场需求持续增长而日渐采收困难.由于野生变家种关键技术尚未突破,目前无法实现规模化与产业化种植以满足药用需求.综述了牛耳枫野生资源分布现状、野生变家种栽培技术研究进展、历代本草文献中的应用记载、地方药材标准的收录情况,以及传统药用功效、现代药理研究和相关制剂开发现状,旨在为牛耳枫资源保护与可持续利用提供科学依据.
As a key raw material for the Chinese patent medicine Fengliao Changweikang,the wild resources of Daphniphyllum calycinum are becoming increasingly difficult to harvest due to the continuous growth in market demand.The lack of breakthroughs in key technologies related to wild domesticated species has rendered large-scale industrial culti-vation unachievable to meet medicinal requirements.This paper reviews the distribution status of wild resources of D.ca-lycinum,the research progress in the cultivation technology of wild domesticated species,the application records in herbal literature of successive dynasties,the collection of local medicinal material standards,as well as the traditional medicinal efficacy,modern pharmacological research,and related preparation development status of D.calycinum,aiming to pro-vide scientific basis for its resource protection and sustainable utilization.
