以阿拉伯婆婆纳(Veronica persica Poir.)为研究对象,通过分析其地上部与地下部不同浓度(20、40、60、80 g/L)水浸液对满天星(Gypsophila paniculata L.)、紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)、波斯菊(Cosmos bipinnata Cav.)等 3 种观赏植物种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,揭示其化感作用机制.结果表明,阿拉伯婆婆纳水浸液显著抑制3种植物种子萌发,且浓度越高抑制作用越强,地上部水浸液的抑制效应大于地下部;幼苗形态学指标(胚轴长度、鲜重、干重)随处理浓度增加呈下降趋势,抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量变化表明植物受到氧化胁迫.

Taking Veronica persica as the research object,by analyzing the effects of different concentrations(20,40,60,80 g/L)of aqueous extracts from its above-ground and underground parts on the seed germina-tion and seedling growth of 3 ornamental plants,Gypsophila paniculata,Medicago sativa and Cosmos bip-innata,the mechanism of its allelopathic effect was revealed.The results showed that the aqueous extract of Veronica persica significantly inhibited the seed germination of the 3 plants,and the higher the concentration,the stronger the inhibitory effect.The inhibitory effect of the above-ground extract was greater than that of the underground part.The morphological indicators of the seedlings(embryonic axis length,fresh weight,dry weight)showed a downward trend with the increase of treatment concentration.The activities of antioxi-dant enzymes(SOD,POD,CAT)and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)changed,indicating that the plants were subjected to oxidative stress.
