基于DTOPSIS法和主成分分析法的甘薯综合评价OA
Comprehensive Evaluation on Dioscorea esculenta based on DTOPSIS and Principal Component Analysis
为了构建甘薯种质资源多性状的综合评价方法,以河南省2024年区域试验的42个甘薯品种为研究对象,通过相关性分析、DTOPSIS法分析和主成分分析等方法对甘薯的8个农艺性状进行综合评价.结果表明,8个农艺性状的变异系数在3.76%~20.39%之间,离散程度大,其中,产量的品种间变异系数最大.相关性分析表明,产量与单株结薯数、商品率极显著正相关;食味与干物质率显著负相关,与商品率显著正相关;商品率与单株结薯数显著正相关.主成分分析中将8个性状综合成3个主成分因子,主要反映产量、品质和茎直径,累计贡献率达60.124%,依据F值得分排名,位列前五的依次为商薯29、商薯28、郑泉薯1号、郑紫薯6号、商薯30.DTOPSIS法综合评价中,按照42个品种Ci值得到排名前五的甘薯品种依次为漯苏薯22号、商薯29、商薯27、商薯30、郑农薯12.比较而言,DTOPSIS法与产量排名结果吻合度更好,排名前五的品种一致,第1名和第2名、第3名和第4名的顺序互换,评价效果更佳,表明DOTPSIS法作为甘薯综合评价的方法更具优势,筛选出的漯苏薯22号、商薯29、商薯27、商薯30、郑农薯12适合在郑州市示范推广.
In order to establish a comprehensive evaluation method for multiple traits of Dioscorea es-culenta germplasm resources,42 Dioscorea esculenta varieties from the 2024 regional trial in Henan Province were selected as the research objects.Through methods such as correlation analysis,DTOP-SIS analysis and principal component analysis,the 8 agronomic traits of Dioscorea esculenta were comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of the 8 agronomic traits ranged from 3.76%to 20.39%,indicating a high degree of dispersion.Among them,the coeffi-cient of variation of yield was the largest.Correlation analysis indicated that yield was highly signifi-cantly positively correlated with the number of tubers per plant and the commercial rate.The taste was significantly negatively correlated with dry matter rate and significantly positively correlated with the commercial rate.The commercial rate was significantly positively correlated with the number of tubers per plant.In principal component analysis,the 8 traits were comprehensively combined into 3 principal component factors,mainly reflecting yield,quality and stem diameter.The cumulative con-tribution rate reached 60.124%.According to the F value score ranking,the top 5 Dioscorea esculenta varieties were Shangshu29,Shangshu28,Zhengquanshu No.1,Zhengzhishu No.6 and Shangshu30.In the DTOPSIS method of comprehensive evaluation,the ranking of the top 5 Dioscorea esculenta vari-eties based on the Ci values of 42 varieties was Luosushu No.22,Shangshu29,Shangshu27,Shang-shu30,and Zhengnongshu12.Comparatively,the DTOPSIS method had a better consistency with the yield ranking results,with the same top 5 varieties,but the order of the 1st and 2nd,3rd and 4th places was reversed.The evaluation effect was better,indicating that the DTOPSIS method was more advantageous as a comprehensive evaluation method for Dioscorea esculenta,and the selected Luosus-hu22,Shangshu29,Shangshu27,Shangshu30,and Zhengnongshu12 were suitable for demonstration and promotion in Zhengzhou City.
