5-氨基乙酰丙酸对油松种子萌发及生理特性的影响OA
Effects of 5-aminolevulinic Acid on Seed Germination and Physiological Characteristics of Pinus tabulaeformis
为探究5-氨基乙酰丙酸(5-ALA)浸种处理对油松种子萌发及生理特性的影响,筛选育苗前油松种子预处理的最佳方法,以油松种子为试验材料,分析不同浓度的5-ALA处理不同时间对油松种子萌发指标及生理指标的影响.结果表明,适宜浓度的5-ALA浸种处理适宜时间,可以有效促进油松种子萌发及幼苗生长,其中,30 mg/L 5-ALA浸种处理12 h效果最好,油松种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数分别提高了 7.34%、9.00%、14.86%、28.57%,相对电导率显著降低,可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量显著增加,粗脂肪含量显著降低,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性提高,增加了幼苗根长、轴长、含水量,叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量显著增加;而过高浓度5-ALA会抑制油松种子萌发.
In order to explore the effect of 5-aminolevulinic acid(5-ALA)soaking treatment on the ger-mination and physiological characteristics of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.seeds,and to screen the best way to pretreat the seeds before seedling rearing,this experiment took the P.tabulaeformis Carr.seeds as the test material,and analyzed the effects of different concentrations of 5-ALA treatment for different times on the germination indexes and physiological indexes of the seeds.The results showed that the appropriate concentration of 5-ALA soaking treatment for the appropriate time could effec-tively promote the germination of the seeds and seedling growth,in which,30 mg/L 5-ALA soaking treatment for 12 hours had the best effect,and the germination percentage,germination potential,germination index and vigor index of the P.tabulaeformis Carr.seeds were significantly increased by 7.34%,9.00%,14.86%and 28.57%,respectively,and the relative electrical conductivity was signifi-cantly reduced,and the soluble sugar and soluble protein contents were significantly reduced.Soluble sugar and soluble protein content increased significantly,ether extract content decreased significantly,superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT)activity increased,increased seed-ling root length,axis length and water content,chlorophyll content and carotenoid content increased significantly.However,excessive concentration of 5-ALA inhibited the germination of the seeds.
