盐碱胁迫对藜麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响OA
Effects of Saline-alkali Stress on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Chenopodium quinoa
为探究不同浓度盐碱胁迫对藜麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,采用培养皿纸上发芽法,用混合盐碱(NaCl、Na2SO4、NaHCO3、Na2CO3 物质的量比为 9∶1∶9∶1),设置对照(0)、20、40、60、80、100、120、140、160、180 mmol/L 等 9 个浓度梯度,苏打碱(NaHCO3、Na2CO3物质的量比为9∶1)设置对照(0)、10、20、30、40、50、60、70、80、90 mmol/L等9个浓度梯度,分别对藜麦种子进行胁迫处理.结果表明,混合盐碱和苏打碱对藜麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响表现为低浓度促进、高浓度抑制.相同胁迫浓度下,对藜麦种子的抑制程度为苏打碱胁迫强于混合碱胁迫.2个藜麦品种对2种胁迫的反应趋势一致,但是品种间存在差异,台湾红藜对盐碱胁迫的适应性强于白藜1号.
To investigate the effects of different concentrations of salt and alkali stress on the germina-tion of Chenopodium quinoa seeds and the growth of seedlings,the petri dish bud formation method was used.A mixture of salt and alkali(NaCl,Na2 SO4,NaHCO3,Na2 CO3=9∶1∶9∶1)was prepared,and 9 concentration gradients were set:control(0),20,40,60,80,100,120,140,160,180 mmol/L.Additionally,a mixture of alkali(NaHCO3,Na2CO3=9∶1)was prepared,and 9 concentration gra-dients were set:control(0),10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90 mmol/L.Each Chenopodium quinoa seed was subjected to stress treatment at different concentrations.The results showed that the effects of the salt and alkali mixture and the alkali mixture on the germination of Chenopodium quinoa seeds and the growth of seedlings were low concentration promoting and high concentration inhibiting.At the same stress concentration,the inhibitory degree on Chenopodium quinoa seeds was stronger for alkali stress than for the salt and alkali mixture stress.The responses of the 2 Chenopodium quinoa varieties to the 2 types of stress were consistent,but there were differences between the varieties.In terms of adaptability to salt and alkali stress,the Chenopodium quinoa Taiwan-red was stronger than Baili No.1.
