线上线下混合式与实际案例结合在口腔护理教学中的应用研究OA
Application of Blended Learning Combined with Case-Based Teaching in Oral Nursing Education
目的:探讨线上线下混合式教学结合实际案例在口腔护理教学中的应用效果.方法:选取2023年6月—2025年6月在遵义市红花岗区口腔医院实习的84名口腔护理专业学生作为研究对象,按入学届次分层后随机分为实验组与对照组,各42名.对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组在此基础上实施线上线下混合式教学并结合典型案例.比较两组学生的理论成绩、技能操作成绩、学习投入时间及课程评价情况.结果:实验组教学后单选题、多选题、简答题及总分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在牙周探诊、龈上洁治、窝沟封闭及技能操作总分方面亦明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组学习投入时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).课程评价显示,92.86%的学生认为课程激发了学习兴趣,91.67%认为有助于分析与解决问题能力培养,94.05%认为增强了团队协作能力,其余各项肯定率均在90%左右.结论:线上线下混合式教学结合实际案例在不同届口腔护理学生中均表现出良好效果,能够明显提升理论与操作成绩,优化学习投入,增强学习兴趣及职业认同,具有推广应用价值.
Objective:To explore the application effect of blended online and offline teaching combined with practical cases in oral care teaching.Method:A total of 84 students majoring in oral nursing who were undergoing internships and studies at Zunyi city Stomatological Hospital Honghuangang District from June 2023 to June 2025 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group after stratification according to the enrollment grade,with 42 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the experimental group implemented the blended teaching of online and offline on this basis and combined with typical cases.The theoretical scores,skill operation scores,learning investment time and course evaluation situations of the two groups were compared.Result:After teaching,the single-choice questions,multiple-choice questions,short-answer questions and the total score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of periodontal probing,supragingival scaling,pit and fissure sealants,and the total score of skill operations,it was also significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The learning investment time of the experimental group was significantly less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The course evaluation shows that 92.86%of the students believe that the course has stimulated their interest in learning,91.67%think it helps cultivate their ability to analyze and solve problems,94.05%believe it has enhanced their teamwork skills,and the approval rates for the rest of the items are all around 90%.Conclusion:The blended teaching of online and offline combined with practical cases has shown good results among students of oral care in different grades.It can significantly improve theoretical and operational scores,optimize learning engagement,enhance learning interest and professional identity,and has the value of promotion and application.
