烟草PILS基因家族鉴定及表达模式分析OA

Identification and Expression Pattern Analysis of PILS Gene Family in Nicotiana tobacum

PIN-LIKES(PILS)蛋白是一类生长素运输蛋白,其在细胞膜上的特异性定位决定了生长素在细胞间流动方向与含量分布.为探究烟草PILS基因家族的功能,以普通烟草为研究对象,在全基因组水平上对NtPILS基因家族进行系统鉴定,并利用生物信息学手段分析其进化关系、理化性质、染色体定位、启动子顺式作用元件以及组织表达模式及在非生物胁迫下的响应模式.结果表明,共鉴定出16个NtPILS基因,其中15个分布在9条染色体上,另有1个未明确染色体定位.跨膜结构预测表明,NtPILS蛋白含有7~10个跨膜结构.启动子元件分析显示,NtPILS基因富含非生物胁迫响应、光响应和激素响应等元件.14个NtPILS基因在烟草根、茎、叶、花等不同器官中呈现组织特异性表达.大多数NtPILS基因对低温、干旱及盐胁迫都能够有所响应.

PIN-LIKE(PILS)proteins are a type of auxin transport proteins,of which specific localiza-tion on the cell membrane determines the direction of auxin flow between cells and the distribution of auxin content.To explore the functions of the PILS gene family of Nicotiana tabacum,using common Nicotiana tabacum as the research object,the NtPILS gene family was systematically identified at the whole-genome level,and its evolutionary relationship,physicochemical properties,chromosomal lo-calization,promoter cis-acting elements,tissue expression patterns,and response patterns under non-biological stress were analyzed using bioinformatics methods.The results showed that a total of 16 NtPILS genes were identified,among which 15 were distributed on 9 chromosomes(3,4,17,etc.),and another 1 was without a clear chromosomal localization.The transmembrane structure prediction indicated that the NtPILS protein contained 7 to 10 transmembrane structures.The promoter element analysis revealed that the NtPILS gene was rich in non-biological stress response,light response,and hormone response elements.The 14 NtPILS genes showed tissue-specific expression in different or-gans of Nicotiana tabacum(roots,stems,leaves,flowers,etc.).Most of the NtPILS genes respon-ded to low temperature,drought and salt stress.
