新型电力系统中数据共享的激励机制研究OACHSSCD
Research on incentive mechanism of data sharing in new electricity system
针对能源转型背景下新型电力系统的数字化建设问题,设计电力供应链供给侧合理的激励机制是推动各方参与数据共享、实现协同创新的关键.基于演化博弈理论,构建以电网企业、传统能源发电企业、可再生能源发电企业为主体的三方演化博弈模型并求得演化稳定解,通过数值仿真分析在无激励、货币单一激励、货币—技术混合激励3种激励机制下系统演化趋势和其他内外部因素对演化稳定策略的影响.研究发现:①电网企业对传统能源发电企业和可再生能源发电企业两类发电企业激励机制的选择对数据共享积极性有显著影响,适度激励能促进数据共享,过度激励则可能呈现相反效果;②内外部因素如创新收益、参与成本和风险损失能通过协同效应影响整体的数据共享积极性.
In the context of energy transition,addressing the digital construction of the new electricity system,designing a reasona-ble incentive mechanism for the supply side of the electricity supply chain is key to promoting data sharing and achieving collaborative innovation.Based on evolutionary game theory,this paper constructed a tripartite evolutionary game model involving grid companies,tra-ditional energy power generation enterprises,and renewable energy power generation enterprises,and derived the evolutionarily stable strategy.Through numerical simulation,this paper analyzed the system's evolutionary trends under three incentive mechanisms:no in-centive,monetary-only incentive,and monetary-technology hybrid incentive,and explored the impact of various internal and external factors on the evolutionarily stable strategy.Research has found that:① The choice of incentive mechanism by grid companies for tradi-tional energy generation enterprises and renewable energy generation enterprises significantly influenced their willingness to share data.Moderate incentives could promote data sharing,while excessive incentives may have the opposite effect.② Internal and external fac-tors,such as innovation benefits,participation costs,and risk losses,could influence the overall data-sharing willingness through syner-gistic effects.
