在城市化与生态文明建设的双重背景下,耕地多功能转型对协调城乡发展、保障粮食安全具有重要意义.以长株潭都市圈为研究对象,构建"生产-社会-经济-生态"多功能评价体系,结合CRITIC-熵值法、Tobit回归和NRCA模型,剖析耕地多功能时空演变、驱动机制及优势功能,并提出优化路径.结果表明:①长株潭都市圈耕地功能呈现"生产弱化、生态趋优"的转型特征.农业生产功能指数持续下降,空间格局由"四周高、中部低"向"单极收缩"转变;生态维护功能经历"V型"回升;社会保障与经济贡献功能持续衰减,空间分异显著缩小.②城镇化率与二三产业占比对生产功能、生态功能具有持续抑制作用;距市中心距离越远农业生产功能越强,呈正相关性(2000年系数0.014;2020年系数为0.003),而经济发展(人均GDP)加速社会保障功能退化(2000年系数-0.578;2020年系数-0.613).③为实现多功能利用与空间增值目标,可将区域划分为都市农业观光型、休闲农业生产型、现代农业示范型、特色农业发展型、生态农业保护型和多功能综合发展型.

Under the dual context of urbanization and ecological civilization construction,research on cultivated land multifunctional transformation is important for coordinating urban-rural development and ensuring food security.This study takes the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration(Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan metropolitan area)as its research area.A multifunctional e-valuation system encompassing"production-social security-economic contribution-ecological maintenance"functions was construc-ted.The CRITIC-entropy weight method and the Tobit regression model were employed to reveal the spatiotemporal evolution charac-teristics of cultivated land multifunctionality(CLMF)and its driving mechanisms.Subsequently,the Net Resource Competitive Advan-tage(NRCA)model was utilized to identify the dominant functions of cultivated land,and coordinated optimization pathways for CLMF development were proposed.The results indicated that:① The CLMF in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan metropolitan area region exhibited a transformation trend characterized by"weakening production function alongside strengthening ecological function".The agri-cultural production function index declined continuously,with its spatial pattern shifting from"high periphery,low center"to"mono-centric shrinkage".The ecological maintenance function underwent a"V-shaped"recovery.Both the social security and economic contribution functions experienced continuous declines,while their spatial differentiation significantly diminished.② The urbanization rate and the proportion of secondary and tertiary industries exerted continuous inhibitory effects on the production and ecological func-tions.Agricultural production function strengthened with increasing distance from the urban centers,exhibiting a positive correlation(coefficient:0.014 in 2000;0.003 in 2020).Conversely,economic development(GDP per capita)accelerated the degradation of the social security function(coefficient:-0.578 in 2000;-0.613 in 2020).③ To achieve the goals of multifunctional utilization and spatial value enhancement,the region was categorized into six functional zones:urban-agricultural sightseeing,leisure agriculture pr-oduction,modern agricultural demonstration,specialty agricultural development,ecological-agricultural conservation,and multifunction-al comprehensive development.
