施用大中型沼气工程沼液对冬小麦-夏玉米作物产量的影响OA
Effects of Liquid Digestate Application on Crop Yield in Winter Wheat-summer Maize Rotation System
基于集约化农业废弃物消纳和化肥减量的实际需求,文章探究了沼液替代以及部分替代化肥对小麦-玉米轮作系统作物产量的影响.试验共设置了 10个处理,分别为4个纯沼液处理(T1到T4处理),4个化肥减量配施沼液处理(T5到T8处理),常规化肥处理(CF处理)和不施肥对照处理(CK处理).结果表明:随着沼液施用量的增加,小麦和青贮玉米产量均表现出先增加后降低的变化趋势.冬小麦季以沼液部分替代化肥既能提高单位面积穗数从而提高其产量,又能避免小麦贪青晚熟而引起的茬口矛盾,适宜施肥量为240 t·ha-1沼液+300 kg·ha1复合肥,小麦产量为7937 kg·ha-1.夏玉米季以沼液替代化肥,既能促进青贮玉米营养生长从而提高其产量,又能适当延长绿叶期而提高其质量(新鲜度),适宜施肥量为90 t·ha-1沼液,青贮玉米干物质产量为16351 kg·ha-1.在保证作物产量不低于化肥处理的前提下,小麦的最大灌溉量为240 t·ha-1,青贮玉米的最大灌溉量为120 t·ha-1,沼液的年消纳量为360 t·ha-1.该试验结果可为畜禽养殖场大中型沼气工程的沼液在冬小麦-夏玉米轮作系统的合理消纳和推广应用方面提供数据支撑和技术指导.
Based on the actual demand for intensive agricultural waste consumption and fertilizer reduction,the effects of liquid digestate wholly or partially substitution of chemical fertilizer on crop yield of the winter wheat-summer maize rotation system were studied.Four liquid digestate treatments(T1 to T4),four liquid digestate partial substitution of chemical fer-tilizer(T5 to T8),conventional chemical fertilizer treatment(CF),and control treatment without fertilizer(CK)were set up.The results showed that the yields of wheat and maize increased first and then decreased with the increase of liquid di-gestate addition.In the winter wheat growing season,liquid digestate partially substitution of chemical fertilizer can in-crease the spike number to improve the yield and avoid prolonging the growth period.The appropriate amount of fertilizer is 240 t·ha-1 liquid digestate plus 300 kg·ha-1 chemical fertilizer,and the yield of wheat is 7937 kg·ha-1.In the summer maize growing season,liquid digestate wholly substitution of chemical fertilizer can promote the growth of silage maize to in-crease yield,and appropriately prolong the growth period to improve freshness.The appropriate amount of fertilizer is 90 t·ha-1liquid digestate,and the yield of silage maize is 16351 kg·ha-1.Under the crop yield is higher than conventional chemical fertilizer treatment,the maximum amount of liquid digestate on wheat and silage maize is 240 t·ha-1 and 120 t·ha-1,respectively.The maximum annual capacity of liquid digestate is 360 t·ha-1 in the winter wheat-summer maize ro-tation system.This study provided theoretical and technical support for fertilization in winter wheat-summer maize rotation system,and the popularization and application of liquid digestate in crop production for large-scale biogas projects.
