目的 本文围绕中医脉象客观化与可视化的需求,提出一种基于多点式传感脉诊仪的三维脉图实时构建方法.方法 利用阵列式压力传感器同步采集寸、关、尺三部脉象信号,结合脉象特征点提取与基线漂移校正算法,精准计算心动周期并进行动态信号还原.在三维脉图构建阶段,引入径向基函数(RBF)插值以恢复脉象在空间中的连续变化分布.最终通过OpenGL图形渲染引擎,完成三维脉图的实时动态显示与交互控制.结果 实验结果表明,该方法具备良好的鲁棒性、实时性和跨平台运行能力.结论 本研究结果可为中医脉诊提供更加客观立体、量化与可操作的诊断支持.

Objective This study addresses the need for the objective and visual representation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pulse diagnosis by proposing a real-time three-dimensional pulse diagram construction method based on a multi-point sensing pulse diagnostic device.Methods Array pressure sensors were used to synchronously collect pulse signals from the Cun,Guan,and Chi positions.By combining pulse feature point extraction and baseline drift correction algorithms,the cardiac cycle was accurately calculated,and dynamic signal restoration was achieved.In the 3D pulse diagram construction phase,radial basis function(RBF)interpolation was introduced to restore the continuous spatial distribution of the pulse.Finally,real-time dynamic display and interactive control of the 3D pulse diagram were implemented using the OpenGL graphics rendering engine.Results Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method exhibits strong robustness,real-time performance,and cross-platform operational capability.Conclusion The findings of this study can provide more objective,three-dimensional,quantifiable,and actionable diagnostic support for TCM pulse diagnosis.
