数智赋能中医望诊"广义化"发展的实用性意义研究OA

A Study on the Practical Significance of Digital Intelligence Empowering the"Generalized"Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inspection

目的 达成数智中医广义望诊实用性意义的专家共识,为数智望诊装备研发明确赛道.方法 运用德尔菲法.将前期文献调研、专家访谈归纳的23 条数智化装备延伸中医望诊能力的实用性意义,发送给中医临床、中医诊断、医工结合、临床研究方法学、中医心理方面的专家,请专家使用 5-likert量表为每个意义的赞同程度打分.采用均值、变异系数等指标对结果进行评价,并结合专家反馈意见完善.结果 本研究共进行两轮调查,每轮均纳入 45 名专家,第一轮和第二轮专家积极系数分别达到84.9%和95.7%.每轮德尔菲调查中,23 条意义条目的专家评分均值均≥4,且变异系数<0.25.第一轮新增 1 条意义:呈现全息化,该意义在第二轮调查中专家评分均值均为4.42,变异系数为 0.15.经两轮调查后达成 24 项数智化装备赋能中医望诊"广义化"发展的实用性意义共识.结论 数智化装备对中医望诊的能力延伸意义已达到共识水平,实用性意义的归纳将为其研发提供方向定位和价值判断依据.

Objective To establish an expert consensus on the practical significance of digitally intelligent generalized inspection in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),thereby defining clear pathways for the research and development of inspection equipment.Methods Employing the Delphi technique,23 practical significances of digital-intelligence equipment in enhancing TCM inspection,identified through literature review and expert interviews,were evaluated by specialists in TCM clinical practice,diagnostics,biomedical engineering,clinical research methodology,and TCM psychology using a 5-point Likert scale.Expert ratings were assessed by mean values and coefficient of variation(CV),with content refinement incorporating expert feedback.Results This study conducted two Delphi rounds with 45 experts each.The expert positive coefficients reached 84.9%and 95.7%in the first and second rounds respectively.All 23 significance items achieved mean scores≥4 with coefficient of variation<0.25 in both rounds.In the first-round,one additional significance item("holistic presentation")was included.This item achieved a mean expert rating of 4.42 with a coefficient variation of 0.15 in the second-round evaluation.After two rounds of surveys,a consensus was reached on 24 practical significances of digital-intelligent equipment empowering the"generalized"development of TCM inspection.Conclusion Consensus has been reached regarding the capacity-expanding significance of digital-intelligent equipment for TCM inspection.The summarized practical significances will provide both directional guidance and value assessment criteria for developing digital-intelligent diagnostic devices.
