Research Progress of Diagnostics of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2025
2025 年,在国家政策引领与人工智能技术深度赋能下,中医诊断学在理论创新、技术转化、基础研究、临床应用及教学传承五大维度有所发展.大模型技术从概念验证迈向临床适配,轻量化古籍模型、多模态诊疗辅助系统等方面有所突破;诊法理论研究聚焦经典活化,研究内容包括舌脉诊的古籍挖掘、手诊、腹诊及民族医药诊法等;证候研究深化辨证精细化与标准化,"数据-知识"双驱动辨证方法逐步推广,寒热证、痰瘀、湿热等病证结合动物模型更趋稳定,代谢组学、微生物组学揭示了更多证候生物学标志物与信号通路;诊断装备实现多模态数据融合升级,柔性传感器脉诊仪、智能舌诊系统、红外热成像装备的临床适配性显著提升,可穿戴设备推动健康管理场景拓展;教学改革通过数字化平台、情景模拟与思政融合,构建"理论-实践-思维"三位一体培养体系,破解传统教学瓶颈.同时,学科发展仍面临大模型可解释性不足、多诊法数据融合深度不够、证候生物标志物特异性待提升等挑战.本文系统梳理 2025 年中医诊断学核心研究成果,以期为中医诊断学科发展提供参考.
In 2025,guided by national policies and profoundly empowered by artificial intelligence technologies,the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diagnostics has advanced across five key dimensions:theoretical innovation,technological transformation,basic research,clinical application,and educational pedagogy.Large model technologies have transitioned from concept validation to clinical application,achieving breakthroughs in lightweight ancient text models and multimodal diagnostic assistance systems.Research on diagnostic theory has focused on the revitalization of classics,encompassing ancient text mining of tongue and pulse diagnostics,as well as hand diagnosis,abdominal diagnosis,and ethnic medicine diagnostic methods.Syndrome research has deepened the refinement and standardization of pattern differentiation,with the gradual promotion of"data-knowledge"dual-driven pattern differentiation methods.Animal models combining disease and syndrome,such as Cold pattern,Heat pattern,Phlegm-Blood stasis pattern,and Damp-Heat pattern,have become increasingly stable.Metabolomics and microbiomics have revealed more biomarkers and signaling pathways associated with TCM syndromes.Diagnostic equipment has achieved multimodal data fusion and upgrades,with significant improvements in the clinical adaptability of flexible sensor pulse-taking devices,intelligent tongue diagnostic systems,and infrared thermal imaging equipment.Wearable devices are expanding applications in health management scenarios.Educational reform,through digital platforms,scenario simulation,and ideological-political integration,has constructed a"theory-practice-thinking"trinity training system,overcoming traditional teaching bottlenecks.Simultaneously,the discipline's development still faces challenges such as insufficient interpretability of large models,inadequate depth in multi-diagnostic method data fusion,and the need to enhance the specificity of syndrome biomarkers.This article systematically reviews the core research achievements in TCM diagnostics in 2025,aiming to provide a reference for the discipline's development.
