Corn Stover Resource Prediction and Analysis of Its Potential for Village Heating
为精确地预测榆林市未来10年玉米秸秆资源量并评价其供热潜力,以陕北榆林市2012-2023年各县区总玉米产量与播种面积为原始数据序列,建立带虚拟变量的多元线性回归预测模型,在3种情景假设下对该地区未来十年的玉米产量进行预测;其次,利用草谷比法及相关系数计算评价该地区玉米秸秆资源量及其生物质供热的潜力;最后,采用面积热指标法计算榆林市村镇年总耗热量,估算以玉米秸秆进行供热的节能总量.结果表明:带虚拟变量的多元线性回归预测模型可以进行该地区玉米产量的中长期预测,预测结果显示,榆林市2024-2033年的玉米产量及玉米秸秆资源量均呈逐年上升的趋势;在3种情景假设下,玉米秸秆理论资源量从227.88~229.81万t增加到232.34~254.43万t,可代替标煤量从52.68~53.13万tce增加到53.71~58.82万tce,平均每年可供热量达1.56 ×107~1.64 × 107 GJ;榆林市各县区年总耗热量为4.15 × 107GJ,总耗煤量为141.68万tce.按照预测的玉米秸秆资源数据,到2030年之后,榆林市各县区村镇冬季使用玉米秸秆进行供暖将解决全榆林市区域内约四分之一人口的冬季供暖能源需求,大大节约燃煤消耗,供热潜力相当可观.
To accurately predict the amount of corn stover resources in Yulin City over the next decade and evaluate its heating potential,the text first uses the total corn production and sowing area of various counties in Yulin City,Shaanxi Province from 2012-2023 as the original data series to establish a multivariate linear regression prediction model with dum-my variables.It predicts the future ten years' corn production for this region under three scenario assumptions.Next,it cal-culates and evaluates the amount of corn straw resources and its biomass heating potential in the region using the grass-to-grain ratio method and related coefficients.Finally,it calculates the annual total heat consumption of towns and villages in Yulin City using the area heat index method and estimates the total energy savings for heating using corn straw.The results show that the multivariate linear regression prediction model with dummy variables can predict the medium-to long-term corn production in this region.The predicted results indicate that the corn production and corn straw resource quantity in Yulin City will increase annually from 2024-2033.Under the three scenario assumptions,the theoretical corn straw re-source quantity increases from 2.2788~2.2981 million tons to 2.3234~2.5443 million tons,which can replace standard coal quantities from 526,800~531,300 tons of standard coal to 537100~588200 tons of standard coal,providing an av-erage annual heat supply of 1.56 × 107~1.64 × 107 GJ.The total annual heat consumption of various counties in Yulin City is 4.15 × 107 GJ,and the total coal consumption is 1.4168 million tons of standard coal.According to the predicted corn straw resource data,after 2030,using corn straw for heating in winter in towns and villages of various counties in Yu-lin City will meet about one-quarter of the winter heating energy needs of the entire Yulin region,significantly saving coal consumption,with considerable heating potential.
