目的 分析我国核药产业的应用现状和发展前景.方法 通过查阅文献和医药数据库,系统梳理全球核药市场的竞争格局、市场规模及发展趋势;重点分析我国核药产业的发展现状、市场结构、研发管线及投融资动态;剖析政策环境、市场需求及核医学科建设等核心驱动因素;并识别产业发展的关键问题与挑战.结果 全球核药产业发展迅速,治疗类核药成为主要增长动力.我国核药产业链在产品研发、政策驱动和临床应用等环节具有广阔市场应用前景,市场高度集中,诊断类核药主导市场,但治疗类核药占比逐步提升.国内在研管线聚焦诊疗一体化、α核素等前沿技术,产业投融资活跃.产业仍面临临床应用壁垒较高、供应链关键环节受限、专业人才不足、政策协同有待加强等问题.针对现状,提出了规划顶层设计、加快审批流程、推动技术创新和促进市场应用的针对性建议.结论 基于核药产业链的整体发展全景研究,有助于加快提升我国核药产业竞争力,助力监管部门推动核药产业的健康规范有序发展.

Objective To analyze the application status and development prospects of China's radiopharmaceutical industry.Methods Literatures and pharmaceutical databases were reviewed,the competitive landscape,market size,and development trends of the global radiopharmaceutical market were systematically summarized.The focus was placed on analyzing the current development status,market structure,research and development pipeline,and investment and financing dynamics of China's radiopharmaceutical industry.Core driving factors such as policy environment,market demand,and the construction of nuclear medicine department were examined,and key issues and challenges in the industrial development were identified.Results The global radiopharmaceutical industry was growing rapidly,with therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals becoming the primary growth driver.China's radiopharmaceutical industry chain holds broad market prospects such as product research and development,policy-driven,and clinical applications.The market was highly concentrated,with diagnostic radiopharmaceuticals dominating,though the proportion of therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals was gradually increasing.Domestic research and development pipelines focused on cutting-edge technologies such as integration of diagnosis and treatment and α-emitting,with active industry investment and financing.However,the industry still faced challenges including high barriers to clinical application,constraints in key supply chain segments,shortage of professional talent,and the need for enhanced policy coordination.In response to these issues,targeted recommendations were proposed,including planning top-level planning,accelerating approval processes,promoting technological innovation,and facilitating market application.Conclusion A comprehensive study of the radiopharmaceutical industry chain contributes to accelerating the enhancement of the competitiveness of China's radiopharmaceutical industry and helping regulatory authorities promote healthy,standardized,and orderly development of the radiopharmaceutical industry.
