The Rural Revitalization Strategy is an overall historic task related to the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country and the general starting point for the work of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"in the new era.The key to achieving rural revitalization lies in the Party.This paper takes Wufang Village,Fengxian District,Shanghai City as the research object,and analyzes how it has successfully achieved the magnificent transformation from traditional agricultural villages to"urban pastoral complexes"by strengthening the construction of primary-level Party organizations,integrating resource elements,improving industrial energy levels,and promoting the return of talents,providing a replicable and generalizable"Wufang sample"for Party building to lead rural revitalization.
