土地流转对农业碳排放影响的实证研究OA
为探究土地流转相关因素对土地碳排放的影响,助力农业低碳转型,该研究以 2010-2024 年相关数据为样本,结合ADF单位根检验与OLS回归开展实证分析.结果表明,土地流转率是抑制土地碳排放的核心显著因素,其每提升 1 单位可显著减少土地碳排放,且在 1%显著性水平下通过检验,印证土地流转后资源集中、耕作优化的减排作用;土地流转规模(及与技术种类的交互项)在短期会轻微推高碳排放,但影响幅度相对有限;技术种类的减排效果尚未充分显现,政策补贴对碳排放的抑制作用暂未达到统计显著性,二者均与当前技术匹配度不足、补贴精准性欠缺有关.基于此,该研究提出推进土地有序流转并配套低碳管理、优化流转规模的低碳衔接、精准匹配低碳技术供给、升级补贴激励机制等建议,为农业低碳发展提供参考.
To explore the impact of factors related to land transfer on agricultural carbon emissions and facilitate the low-carbon transformation of agriculture,this study conducts an empirical analysis using relevant data from 2010 to 2024,combined with the ADF unit root test and OLS regression.The results show that:the land transfer rate is a core and significant factor inhibiting agricultural carbon emissions,and each 1-unit increase in the land transfer rate can significantly reduce carbon emissions,which passes the test at the 1%significance level,confirming the emission reduction effect of centralized resource utilization and optimized farming practices after land transfer;the land transfer scale(and its interaction term with technology types)slightly increases carbon emissions in the short term,but the impact magnitude is relatively limited;the emission reduction effect of technology types has not yet been fully manifested,and the inhibitory effect of policy subsidies on carbon emissions has not reached statistical significance,both of which are related to the current insufficient technology matching and lack of subsidy accuracy.Based on these findings,this study puts forward suggestions including promoting the orderly land transfer with supporting low-carbon management,optimizing the low-carbon connection of transfer scale,accurately matching the supply of low-carbon technologies,and upgrading the subsidy incentive mechanism,so as to provide references for the low-carbon development of agriculture.
