改良耳软骨鼻整形支架技术的多中心研究OA

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the modified auricular cartilage nasal septum extension graft stent,particularly in the treatment of moderate-to-severe short nose deformity and secondary rhinoplasty.Methods A total of 22 female patients with moderate to severe short nasal deformity,all of Han ethnicity and aged 18-45 years,who were treated at Dongguan First Hospital Affiliated to Guangdong Medical University and Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024,were selected.Among them,8 cases underwent secondary rhinoplasty.Objective nasal measurements(including nasal tip width,nasal dorsum length,nasal tip angle,nasal tip height,nasolabial angle,and nasofrontal angle)were performed preoperatively and postoperatively.Additionally,patient satisfaction with nasal appearance was assessed through questionnaires at preoperative and 6-month postoperative follow-ups.Postoperative complications were recorded.Results All objective measurements showed significant improvement postoperatively compared to preoperative values(P<0.05),with results approaching ideal reference ranges.Patient satisfaction scores increased from(5.2±1.1)to(8.9±0.8)(P<0.05),with a satisfaction rate of 97%.The postoperative complication rate was 4.55%,with only one case of infection,which resolved well after anti-infective treatment,and no other serious complications occurred.Conclusion Modified auricular cartilage nasal stent technique combined with septoplasty can effectively improve nasal morphology,with significant optimization of objective indicators,high patient satisfaction,and low complication rates,making it a safe and effective comprehensive nasal plastic surgery technique.
