目的:探究针药结合干预帕金森前驱期疾病易感状态的机制.方法:采用ELISA检测大鼠纹状体DA含量、大鼠黑质、海马、嗅球、结肠的TLR2 水平;采用行为学评估大鼠情志相关的行为学指标,蔗糖溶液偏好率、鼠尾悬挂静止时间;采用行为学评估大鼠睡眠相关的行为学指标,睡眠潜伏期、睡眠持续时间.结果:随着帕金森前驱期疾病易感状态的逐渐进展,DA含量逐渐减少,黑质、海马、嗅球、结肠的TLR2 水平逐渐增加;针药结合治疗后,显著增加蔗糖溶液偏好率、降低鼠尾悬挂静止时间,缩短睡眠潜伏期、延长睡眠持续时间.结论:针药结合能够逆转帕金森前驱期疾病易感状态.

Objective:To explore the mechanism of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine intervention in the susceptible state of Parkinson's disease in the prodromal stage.Methods:DA content in the striatum of rats,TLR2 levels in the substantia nigra,hippocampus,olfactory bulb,and colon of rats were detected by ELISA;behavioral indicators related to emotional stress in rats were evaluated,including sucrose solution preference rate and tail suspension immobility time;behavioral indicators related to sleep in rats were evaluated,including sleep latency and sleep duration.Results:As the susceptible state of Parkinson's disease in the prodromal stage gradually progressed,DA content gradually decreased,and TLR2 levels in the substantia nigra,hippocampus,olfactory bulb,and colon gradually increased;after acupuncture-medicine combination treatment,the sucrose solution preference rate was significantly increased,the tail suspension immobility time was reduced,the sleep latency was shortened,and the sleep duration was prolonged.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine can reverse the predisposition to Parkinson's disease in the prodromal stage.
