小切口去脂埋线法与切开法重睑形成术应用比较OA

Objective To compare the clinical application effects of the small incision fat removal suture method and the incision method for double eyelid formation.Methods A total of 90 patients with bilateral single eyelids who visited Medical Aesthetic Center from January 2023 to June 2025 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with the small incision fat removal and suture method,while the control group was treated with the incision method.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incision healing time,surgical effect,patient satisfaction,postoperative pain degree and complications of the two groups of patients were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the differences in surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction between the observation group and the control group were both better,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).However,the operation time of the observation group was shorter,the intraoperative blood loss was less,the incision healing time was shorter,the postoperative pain degree was lower,and the incidence of complications was lower.Moreover,the differences between the two were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference in the postoperative effect between the small incision fat removal and suture method for double eyelid formation and the incision method for double eyelid formation.However,the small incision fat removal and suture method for double eyelid formation has less intraoperative injury,faster postoperative recovery,and less pain,and is worthy of promotion and application by clinicians.
