电动微针及低能量激光联合中药熏蒸治疗雄激素性脱发的疗效观察OA

Objective To investigate the efficacy of electric microneedling combined with low-energy laser and Chinese herbal fumigation in treating androgenetic alopecia(AGA).Methods A total of 62 patients with AGA admitted to the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2024 to February 2025 were selected and divided into a study group(31 cases)and a control group(31 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with low-energy laser combined with electric microneedles,while the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in addition to the control group.Compare the treatment efficacy,hair density and diameter,and incidence of complications between two groups.Follow up visits were conducted on two groups of patients at 3 months,6 months,and 12 months after treatment to record the sustained treatment effects and adverse reactions.Results At 3,6,and 12 months follow-up,the overall response rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);Post-treatment hair density and diameter were higher in the study group than the control group,though without statistical significance(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in the comparison of 2 cases of complications(6.45%)in the study group and 4 cases(12.90%)in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of electric microneedling and low-level laser therapy with Chinese herbal fumigation demonstrates significant efficacy in treating androgenetic alopecia(AGA).It markedly improves hair density and diameter while enhancing microneedling outcomes without increasing complication risks,warranting clinical adoption.
