308 nm准分子光联合卤米松封包治疗稳定期白癜风的临床效果观察OA
Observation of the effect of 308 nm excimer light combined with halometasone encapsulation in the treatment of vitiligo
目的 探讨 308 nm准分子光联合卤米松封包治疗白癜风的效果.方法 选取 2022 年 1 月至 2025 年 3 月河南宏力医院收治的白癜风患者 82 例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,对照组 41 例采用 308 nm准分子光治疗,观察组 41例在对照组基础上加卤米松封包治疗,对两组治疗效果进行比较.结果 观察组总有效率 95.12%(39/41)高于对照组的80.49%(33/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的皮损面积评分、皮肤颜色积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后,两组患者上述评分均降低,且观察组评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,炎症因子水平组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后,观察组炎症因子水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,T细胞亚群指标组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗后,观察组CD3+、CD4+更高,CD8+更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 将卤米松封包配合308 nm准分子光治疗白癜风效果满意,能够有效促进皮损修复,改善皮肤颜色异常,也能抑制炎性介质水平,调节免疫功能,且患者满意度高.
Objective To investigate the effect of 308 nm excimer light combined with halometasone encapsulation in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods A total of 82 vitiligo patients admitted to Henan Hongli Hospital from January 2022 to March 2025 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment methods.The control group(41 cases)received 308 nm excimer light treatment,while the observation group(41 cases)received additional treatment with halometasone on top of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%(39/41),which was higher than the control group's 80.49%(33/41),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the skin lesion area score and skin color score between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the above scores decreased in both groups of patients,and the observation group had a lower score,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower levels of inflammatory factors,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in T cell subpopulation indicators between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had higher levels of CD3+and CD4+,and lower levels of CD8+,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The satisfaction level of the observation group patients was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of halometasone encapsulation and 308 nm excimer light therapy is effective in treating vitiligo,promoting skin lesion repair,improving skin color abnormalities,inhibiting inflammatory mediator levels,regulating immune function,and achieving high patient satisfaction.
