中药熏蒸联合毫火针治疗面部黄褐斑的临床效果分析OA

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with moxibustion for the treatment of facial melasma.Methods From January 2022 to January 2025,62 patients with facial melasma admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy and moxibustion,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment in addition to the control group.The therapeutic effect,aesthetic effect,skin barrier function,and oxidative stress response of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher therapeutic effects,lower skin melanin index(MI),erythema index(EI),melasma area and severity score(MASI),higher sebum content and stratum corneum water content,lower transdermal water loss value(TEWL),lower erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and haohuo needle therapy for facial chloasma can enhance the therapeutic effect,promote the improvement of facial aesthetic effect and skin barrier function of patients,and also lower the levels of ESR and CRP.
