Research on the Current Situation and Collaborative Governance Path of Air Pollution in Industrial Agglomeration Areas

以我国典型工业聚集区为例,分析区域空气污染现状及协同治理途径.研究区以重工业为主,再加上恶劣的气象和地形条件,导致PM2.5、O3 等污染物的复合污染问题突出.针对污染特点,提出建立工业污染源物联网实时监测系统,推行柴油车远程监测,实施扬尘智慧管控,开展NH3 精准减排,旨在构建全链条防控体系,为类似工业城市大气污染治理提供可操作的技术方案与决策依据,促进区域空气质量持续改善.

Taking typical industrial agglomeration areas in China as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of regional air pollution and collaborative governance approaches.The research area is mainly focused on heavy industry,coupled with harsh weather and terrain conditions,resulting in prominent issues of compound pollution of pollutants such as PM2.5 and O3.Based on the characteristics of pollution,this paper proposes to establish an industrial pollution source IoT real-time monitoring system,promote remote monitoring of diesel vehicles,implement intelligent dust control,and carry out precise reduction of NH3 emissions.The aim is to build a source process terminal full chain prevention and control system,provide operational technical solutions and decision-making basis for air pollution control in similar industrial cities,and promote continuous improvement of regional air quality.
