小型医疗机构医疗废物收运管理困境与优化策略OACHSSCD

With the issuance of the Pilot Work Plan for the Construction of"Zero-Waste City",pilot work for the construction of"Zero-Waste City"is gradually being promoted across the country.The collection and management of medical waste in small medical institutions(referred to as small medical waste)has always been a weak link in the standardized management of medical waste,and has also become a major difficulty in the construction of"Zero-Waste City".Taking Minhang district,Shanghai city as an example,based on policies and management status,the management difficulties and optimization strategies of small medical waste collection and transportation are analyzed,thus providing solutions for the difficulties faced by small medical waste collection and transportation.Overall,it is necessary to clarify management responsibilities and establish a collaborative management mechanism;clarify the main responsibility and improve the industry level;strengthen the construction of the collection and transportation system,and promote the reform of system informatization;manage special areas effectively and explore new models for medical industry clusters.
