基于价值导向与需求优先的安宁疗护中心医疗设备配置与管理策略研究OA

Objective:To construct a strategy based on the principle of value orientation and demand priority of configuration and management for medical equipment of hospice and care center,so as to promote development of hospice and care on professionalization,standardization and humanization,and enhance quality of service for hospice and care.Methods:This paper took hospice and care center as the carrier to explore core principle,essence and development status,which focused on the configuration of medical equipment and personnel of hospice and care center.Then,it constructed a strategy based on the principle of value orientation and demand priority of configuration and management for medical equipment.Results:The strategy formulated scheme of configuration and plan for equipment from some aspects such as medical equipment,living facility,configuration of personnel,planning of wards,and organization and management.The configuration of equipment need 7 categories of equipment,such as monitoring equipment for vital signs,equipment for controlling symptoms,equipment for comfort and mobile,as well as the category of health and rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)depended on the TCM department and rehabilitation department,and the equipment of clinically auxiliary examination and diagnosis depended on imaging department,department of functional examination,and department of laboratory.The living facility should configure facility of living and auxiliary according to the function and partition of ward.In addition,the configuration of personnel should include doctors,nurses and caregivers with different configuration number of different professional titles.The ward region should be divided into uniquely special region for hospice and care(conversation room,farewell room and so on),and basically conventional ward region(ward,nurse station).Conclusion:The strategy based on value orientation and demand priority of configuration and management for medical equipment of hospice and care center can contribute to realize scientific planning for hospice and care center,and provide comprehensive care and support for dying patients,which can enhance the quality of life,and comfort for them.
