对早期妊娠先兆流产保胎患者实行链式亲情护理模式的效果与对其保胎成功率的影响OA

Objective To explore the effect of chain-like family nursing model on pregnant women with threatened abortion in early pregnancy and its influence on the success rate of fetal preservation.Methods A total of 86 patients diagnosed with threatened abortion in the early stage of pregnancy and admitted to Gao'an Orthopedic Hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected and divided into the conventional group and the chain group according to different nursing methods,with 43 cases in each group.The conventional group was given conventional care,while the chain group was treated with the chain family care model on the basis of the conventional group.The success rate of pregnancy preservation and the happiness scores and negative emotion scores[Generalized Anxiety Scale-7(GAD-7),Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)scores]before and after nursing were compared between the two groups of patients.Results Compared with the conventional group,the chain group had a higher success rate of maintaining the pregnancy,with a significant difference(P＜0.05).Before the nursing care,there was no statistically significant difference in the happiness score,GAD-7 and PHQ-9 scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After the nursing care,the happiness score of the chain group was higher than that of the conventional group,while the GAD-7 and PHQ-9 scores were lower,with significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of a chain of family-like care model in patients with threatened miscarriage in the early stage of pregnancy for pregnancy preservation can significantly increase their success rate of pregnancy preservation,reduce the generation of negative emotions,and effectively enhance their sense of happiness.
