基于多模态数据分析的胶囊内窥镜设备运行状态综合评估模型构建OA
Construction of a comprehensive assessment model based on multimodal data analysis for operation status of capsule endoscope
目的:基于多模态数据分析构建胶囊内窥镜设备运行状态综合评估模型,并验证其在设备运行维护管理中的应用效果.方法:采集胶囊内窥镜设备在不同状态下的多模态运行数据,通过融合多源数据构建协同回归与故障诊断融合的评估模型对胶囊内窥镜设备进行运行维护管理.选取2023年11月至2025年4月解放军总医院第四医学中心临床在用的1套胶囊内窥镜设备及其配套的影像记录工作站,将2023年11月至2024年7月的设备使用期间采用常规管理模式,2024年8月至2025年4月的设备使用期间采用基于多模态数据分析的胶囊内窥镜设备运行状态评估模型管理模式(模型管理模式)进行设备管理,比较两种管理模式的设备管理效果.采用自制调查问卷调查参与设备使用的医护人员对设备管理的满意度.结果:采用模型管理模式的月均设备完好率为(98.43±1.06)%,高于常规管理模式,差异有统计学意义(t=2.278,P<0.05),而月均设备故障率、平均维修响应时长和平均修复时长分别为(2.19±0.63)%、(2.09±0.53)h和(26.83±5.37)h,均低于常规管理模式,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.842、16.319、5.294,P<0.05).医护人员对采用模型管理模式的设备整洁度、设备规范度、设备可用性和设备维修及时性满意度评分高于常规管理模式,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.132、2.341、2.390、2.216,P<0.05).结论:基于多模态数据分析的胶囊内窥镜设备运行状态综合评估模型应用,能够有效整合设备多源信息,实现对设备健康状态的实时量化评估,有助于提高设备运行效率和安全性,提升医疗设备管理效果和医护人员对设备管理的满意度.
Objective:To construct a comprehensive assessment model based on multimodal data analysis for operation status of capsule endoscope,and verify application effect of that in management for operation and maintenance of equipment.Methods:Multi-modally operational data of capsule endoscopy under different status were collected,and the assessment model that integrated collaborative regression and fault diagnosis was constructed through integrated multi-source data,so as to conduct management about operation and maintenance for capsule endoscopy.A set of used capsule endoscope,and a workstation of image recording that matched it at the Fourth Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital during November 2023 and April 2025 were selected.The conventional management mode was employed on the equipment from November 2023 to July 2024,while the management mode(model management mode)of assessment model of operational status based on multimodal data analysis for capsule endoscopy was adopted to manage equipment from August 2024 to April 2025.The management effect of two kinds of management modes for equipment was compared.A self-made questionnaire was adopted to investigate satisfaction of medical staffs in managing it,who used equipment.Results:Under the model management mode,the monthly average integrity rate of equipment was(98.43±1.06)%,which was significantly higher than that under the conventional management mode,and the difference was significant(t=2.278,P<0.05).On the other hand,the monthly average failure rate of equipment,the average time of responding maintenance and the average time of repair of model management mode were respectively(2.19±0.63)%,(2.09±0.53)h and(26.83±5.37)h,all of which were significantly lower than those of conventional management mode,and the differences were significant(t=3.842,16.319,5.294,P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of medical staffs who adopted model management mode for neatness,standardization,timeliness of repair of equipment were higher than those who adopted conventional management mode,and the differences were significant(t=2.132,2.341,2.390,2.216,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive assessment model based on multimodal data analysis for operation status of capsule endoscope can effectively integrate multi-source information of equipment,and achieve real-timely quantitative assessment for health status of equipment,which can contribute to improve operational efficiency and safety of equipment,and enhance management effect of medical equipment,and increase satisfaction of medical staffs about management for equipment.
