宁夏本土特色奶酪产业规模化发展路径与对策研究OA

In response to the development challenges faced by the dairy industry in Ningxia,such as intensified market competition and periodic imbalance between supply and demand,this study conducted a systematic analysis of the current situation of the domestic and international as well as Ningxia's raw milk market and the development trend of the cheese industry through on-site investigation,literature review and big data analysis.By applying the SWOT analysis method,it explored the constraints and development prospects of the cheese industry in Ningxia,discussed the diversified development strategy of dairy products,and proposed the path for focusing on the development of the cheese industry and countermeasures to promote the scale development of the cheese industry in Ningxia,with the aim of optimizing the supply structure of dairy products in Ningxia and promoting the high-quality development of the dairy industry.
