天麻素联合阿替普酶对急性缺血性脑卒中患者疗效、血液流变学及炎症反应的影响OA

Objective To explore the effects of gastrodin combined with alteplase on the efficacy,hemorheology and inflammatory response of patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods Sixty patients with AIS admitted to Jiangyin Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University School of Medicine from January 2024 to March 2025 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase,while the observation group was treated with gastrodin on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,complications,and hemorheology(whole blood viscosity,hematocrit,plasma viscosity)and inflammatory mediators interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,hematocrit and plasma viscosity in both groups decreased(P＜0.05),and the whole blood viscosity,hematocrit and plasma viscosity in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,IL-6 and TNF-α in both groups decreased(P＜0.05),and IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Gastrodin combined with alteplase can enhance the therapeutic effect of AIS patients,improve hemorheology,reduce inflammatory responses,and has relatively high safety.
