充分就业视域下大学生就业创业赋能中心建设路径研究OA

In recent years,with the continuous growth of the number of graduates and the profound changes in the employment market,the graduate group is facing new situations and challenges of structural employment contradictions.Using research methods such as sampling survey,questionnaire analysis,and interview communication,this paper conducts in-depth research based on the specific construction situation of empowerment centers in 6 local universities.The research results show that college students have needs and deficiencies in employment skills,internship experience,career planning,and employment preparation.Regarding the construction of employment and entrepreneurship empowerment centers,there are problems such as inadequate implementation of institutional personnel and funds,and lagging information construction.To optimize college students' employment services,it is necessary to improve the organizational mechanism,strengthen the main responsibility of universities and multi-department collaboration;upgrade hardware facilities,ensure venue area and supporting equipment;smooth data connection,establish a data cloud platform to realize resource sharing and analysis application;aggregate effective resources,integrate government,university and market-oriented resources,and strengthen the team;meet diverse needs,realize the diversification,specialization,and innovative expansion of service functions.
